How can I become credit union member?
Becoming an NFCU member is easy. Like Sunday morning. Like 1040EZ. Really easy. Membership is open to Nordstrom employees and their immediate families. Fill out a membership application or pick one up in Nordstrom HR. Fax to 206.774.2929 or mail to P.O. Box 1130 Seattle, WA 98111. A minimum balance of $50 is required for membership.

How long does it take to know whether loan gets approved?
Look into your heart and you will know. Just kidding. It takes between 12 and 24 hours.

How can I change my address?
You could always move. (Sorry. Mom always said, "Nobody likes a smart alec.") Changing your address is a snap, but we need your signature. So download an address change form and fax to (206) 774-2929 - and be sure to give it your John Hancock.
