The new Nordstrom FCU Mobile App is designed to provide you with a seamless, secure, and convenient digital banking experience right from your mobile device.

As the launch date approaches, we want to make sure that you're prepared to take advantage of all the great features our new app has to offer. Here are a few things to keep in mind:

 

UPDATE YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION

To use the Nordstrom FCU Mobile App, it's important to make sure that we have your current contact information on file. This includes your:

  • Email address
  • Mobile phone number.

If your contact information has changed recently, please update it as soon as possible to ensure a smooth transition to using the new app.

 

ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNT

Once launch day arrives and you’ve downloaded the App, you’ll just need your current Online Banking username and password to login.

If you haven't used Online Banking before, we’ve got you covered! You will be able to click the Enroll button and register using your personal information.

If you’ve forgotten your username, password or locked yourself out, you will be able reset them yourself! Click the corresponding link and follow the instructions.
