A Better Online Banking Experience

We strive to ensure an exceptional member experience is delivered across every banking channel. With a steady increase in the use of our digital banking tools, it is our commitment to continue to develop and evolve this channel to better serve you. 


What to Know 

Our new online banking platform will launch on March 31, 2023. We are working toward a seamless digital transition and want to help you be prepared.

 

Important Dates: 

March 27 – Final day to submit Bill Payments through the current platform.

March 30 – Final day to access the current online banking platform.

March 31– New digital banking platform launches. New Mobile App is available to download.

The final day Bill Payments can be set to arrive (for payment)

April 3 – New Bill Payment platform launches, single sign-on through new digital banking platform.

Once launch day arrives, download the app from Google Play or the Apple App store or use your web browser to visit www.nordcu.org.  You’ll use your current Online Banking username and password to log in.

If you haven't used Online Banking before, we’ve got you covered! You will be able to click the Enroll button and register using your personal information.

If you’ve forgotten your username or password or locked yourself out, you will be able to reset them yourself! Click the corresponding link and follow the instructions.

Call the Credit Union at 1.800.666.7328 if you need to update your information on file or have additional questions or concerns.

Multi-Channel

  • Our new digital banking platform includes multi-channel access including the brand-new Nordstrom FCU Mobile Banking App as well as a new Online Banking platform.

Enhanced Security 

  • Including biometrics and One Time Password (OTP) verification

Quick Balance Sneak Peak 

  • Remember your device to preview account balances before you log in

New features 

  • Improved Bill Payment services
  • Integrated Mobile Check Deposit
  • Integrated Rewards Credit Card Info
  • Enroll, reset, or unlock your account, no call to the credit union is required 

 

In addition to the above changes, Nordstrom FCU is also launching a new Bill Pay platform. Here’s what you need to know: 

  • Bill Pay will be integrated into the new digital experience 

  • Your Bill Payment history and payees will be pre-loaded 

  • The timing of payment arrivals may change, once conversion is complete, be sure to review all recurring payments you have set up to confirm accuracy
