Use your Nordstrom FCU Rewards Credit Card points to donate to a charity of your choice.

For every donation you make to a charity of your choice through January 31, 2024, Nordstrom FCU is making a promise. We are committed to matching your generosity dollar for dollar, up to $25 per member*. This means your contribution will have double the impact, doubling the positive change we can create together.

The Credit Union has chosen CU4Kids as our charitable organization. CU4Kids is a cooperative network of credit unions benefitting Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals in the US. These hospitals allow families to on focus health and alleviate the financial stresses of having a child who needs medical care. 

Together, we can make a real difference.

Desktop/Laptop instructions on how to donate your credit card rewards to charity:

  1. Log into online banking
  2. Click “Cards” on the left icon menu
  3. From the "Filter By" dropdown menu select "Credit Card Rewards" 
  4. Click "Redeem/View” which will direct you to the Rewards webpage
  5. Click the top-left button and select "Redeem Rewards"
  6. Click "Charitable Donations"
  7. Choose "Charity Choice eGiftcard"
  8. Select the desired amount of money/points you want to use and click "Add to Cart"
  9. Click "Check Out"
  10. Fill in your personal information.
  11. An eGift card will be sent to your email for use at the Charity Choice website.
  12. Redeem the eGift card to make your charitable donation!

Mobile App instructions on how to donate your credit card rewards to charity:

  1. Open the Nordstrom FCU app on your mobile device
  2. Tap on the right side menu, scroll to "Account Management" then click on "Cards"
  3. On the screen with your Credit Card information click the side menu and then select "Redeem Rewards Points"
  4. Tap "Redeem” and you will be directed to the Rewards webpage.
  5. Tap the top-left button and select "Redeem Rewards."
  6. Select "Charitable Donations."
  7. Choose "Charity Choice eGiftcard."
  8. Pick the desired amount of money/points and hit "Add to Cart" then "Check Out"
  9. Fill in your personal information.
  10. An eGift card will be sent to your email for use at the Charity Choice website.
  11. Redeem the eGift card and make your charitable donation!
